Holiday Inn Express Kettering, an IHG Hotel

5 star service in a budget family friendly hotel! The staff were lovely from manager Marie’s late night warm welcome, to Lucy and her colleagues’ exceptionally smooth running friendly breakfast service! There was also a lovely guy working during breakfast who’s name I didn’t get and nothing was too much for him to do. My daughter forgot her dolly unicorn and it was arranged to be posted back to us! This hotel is fit for purpose with lovely friendly staff who made us feel welcome and comfortable from the minute we walked in. We want to say thank you and keep it up!

We came at 11.35pm and t5he staff were fine courteous and all we could expect at that late hour. We did like the fact that the toilet had its own door in a small bathroom. We've never come across that before and it was a definite plus plus! Other hotels should copy.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful when we needed more tea, coffee etc. Excellent soundproof windows in our room (they were resurfacing the road nearby). Beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and there was a very good choice of food to eat. Staff were all very friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Staff was exceptionally good, particularly staff members serving at breakfast time. Hygiene and cleanliness was very good Quality of breakfast was very good.

The staff at reception were superb, very helpful and happy in their work. They booked us to have the room until 2pm as we were all going to a Northern Soul all nighter at the Athletic club and we were not getting in until at least 6am Sunday morning. Which was a great gesture. Thank you. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom too, clean and a good shower. Breakfast was okay , plenty of it. We did not stay until 2pm, as we had to get home. It was a good hotel.
